A new way of viewing the US DEBT

I think it is reasonable to prosecute the 'system' as a
Graft Scheme.

There are 2 components to this scheme

1. Congress Issuing debt through the Tort of 'Negligence', when Revenue could have been raised, through more aggressive Banking Regulation or taxation, including making banks non-profit private or public entities.

2. Bank Lobbying to Congress which constitutes extra-legal compensation.

The laws that apply so we can 'revamp the system', using appropriate 'system penalties'

The proof of the scheme can be found in the Constitution. The first power of Congress enumerated after the intro of Article 1, Section 8

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;

Every year since the Constitution was enacted, Sitting Congresses 1 thru Congress 115 has borrowed money, instead of raising it. They have not paid this money back, but added it to the total debt which now stands at an wildly criminal figure of 19.8 trillion dollars.

The heart of the Graft is the yearly budget bleeding via
'Interest Expense' on the Federal Budget, 2016 was 432 billion dollars. I haven't added up the grand totals since 1789.

Let's equate the payment with Graft.

'A colloquial term referring to the unlawful acquisition of public money through questionable and improper transactions with public officials.'

Each Congressional Member and Executive running for reelection received 3.7 million dollars in compensation (bribes) from the Investment/Commercial Bank Industry in 2016 election. Congress failing to pass election reform is part of the scheme.

Let's Proceed. As I said on another site, I consider this a new
type of fraud 'system fraud'. The appropriate remedy would be,
not to prosecute individual members of the banking, congress,
executive branch who participated, but to modify or reinvent
the system for raising revenues, including appropriate use of
'the printing press'
