This is an example of federal law in conflict with state laws which allow hemp fiber cultivation

They will never never *ever* legalize hemp or marijuana at the Federal level.

Hemp competes with newspaper newsprint that comes from northern states (like Maine)and Canada. The newspapers own those paper resources.

Marijuana is effective against many cancers and also replaces pain medications like Fentanyl and other opioid products like Vicodin

If this sounds like conspiracy theory, just ask yourself why marijuana, where there has never been a single recorded death, is illegal, and drug companies can market products after only one or two studies.

Legislators always ask for more "testing" for hemp, but never, ever for products of the pharmaceutical industry. they rubber stamp everything for those guys. There have been thousands of studies for marijuana.
