According to this account by a person who worked as an Armoured car Driver and dispatcher (who was practically told to rob the armoured company holding facility,between pickups), the owners skim what they want off the top, before the money is taken to the FED. Now, if the FED doesn't care how much money comes to them, or doesn't match receipts with actual $$ in the bags then they are, by extension ORGANIZED CRIME.

The money that was supposedly taken was in $100s. That's not
from a business. Its from the TREASURY-FED, or APPROVED
COUNTERFEIT. Is that money going from the FED or to the FED
to make up a short-fall.

Supposedly, these guys loaded $40 million onto a trailer-truck
and shipped the $$ to the FED WAREHOUSE.
