In that posting I speculate that something may occur at 4:20 p.m. (USA time zone) on April 24, 2017 pertaining to the possibility or eventuality of a nuclear attack on the U.S. (Guam citizens are U.S. citizens, same as with Puerto Rico, both territories were ceded to the U.S. by Spain on December 10, 1898.)

At 4:19:52 p.m. (4:20 p.m.) CST/MDT April 24, 2017, a magnitude 5.0 earthquake struck south of the Guam Island, conceivably causing an imperceptible but actual trembling of U.S. assets on the island.

...which date happens to be 130 times 364 days (Qumran scrolls' prophetic year) or 182 times 260 days (Mayan/Aztec prophetic cycle) after Thursday October 28, 1886, when U.S. Navy gunship fire at 4:20 p.m. EST celebrated the dedication of France's gift, The Statue of Liberty.
