One of the strongest motivations for those supporting President Trump when he was a candidate, from the time he first descended down the Trump Tower escalator, was his promise to eradicate the infestation of the United States by 'illegal' aliens. At that time he didn’t qualify his promise with conditions that they had to have committed other crimes in addition to their squatting and ID theft to be removed, that waffling started a few months later.

Now he’s in the office and the reversal of DACA that he promised for day one is a hundred days overdue. All of the indicators point towards that promise not being kept. The Associated Press reported on Friday that President Trump told them he is “not after the dreamers, we are after the criminals. That is our policy.”

Our law and order president is sliding down the slippery slope soaked by his Democrat predecessor, of qualifying how he defines breaking immigration law as a crime. It is in some ways remaining the easiest way to gain legal status in the United States, the reward of a shortcut to jump to the head of the line. Let the honest schmucks who do it the right way wait to process paperwork, pay fees and complete interviews. Those successful scofflaws who pushed their way in in the past and meet certain age and other minimal requirements get de facto citizenship.

That was supposed to change on January 20th, and there are many who feel, to varying degrees, betrayed by the failure of President Trump to honor that commitment. One of those most active in attempting to persuade President Trump to remain true to his word is Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC).

They currently are pressing the President for action, making it clear they don’t like being taken for granted or misled. William Gheen, President of ALIPAC wrote in pursuit of action by the Trump administration, delivering an ultimatum.

“ALIPAC is extending their deadline for President Trump to stop reneging on his campaign promise to end Obama’s DACA Amnesty for illegal aliens to the new date of April 30.

Trump is breaking his campaign promise to end Obama’s DACA Amnesty on his first day in office. DACA, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, was created by Obama memos instructing federal agencies and employees to violate their oaths of office and U.S. laws by giving jobs, ID, and immunity from existing laws to illegal aliens claiming to be under 35 years old.

The original ALIPAC deadline for Trump was Tax Day of 2017, and while a recent poll of ALIPAC donors and volunteers revealed more than 90% support rescinding the national organization’s endorsement of Donald Trump originally issued during the GOP Primary on Feb 29, 2016, some ALIPAC backers would like to give Trump more time.

Therefore ALIPAC will hold off on rescinding the PAC’s endorsement of Trump to April 30th, which would be the end of Trump’s first 100 days in office.

ALIPAC also plans to try a new tactic of lobbying Attorney General Jeff Sessions to instruct the White House that they must honor Trump’s campaign promise to end DACA Amnesty on his first day in office by simply issuing a memo that cancels Obama’s DACA memos, because Trump’s continuation of the program violates numerous existing US immigration laws and the US Constitution.”

Democrats would be powerless to stop Trump from ending DACA and unable to sue in court because DACA is not a law, it is not an Executive Order, and is clearly a violation of US laws and the Constitution.
