Concerning the 3 men who allegedly started the fire: why believe anything anymore from a government that lies constantly and a media that has been corrupted by the same forces that have taken over the government? I feel that these poor individuals are more than likely just some street people that they picked up to use as patsies. They can make up anything they want about them because there is probably no one to help them. They could've been subjected to secret mind control techniques but its not really necessary. Who has total control over any and all information that you will hear about these 3 individuals? With the passing of the Patriot Act and similar legislation passed sine 911, the government can do as they wish with these 3 human beings and no one will be able to do anything about it.

To your question, '...as a feasibility study and to gauge public reaction. How they would have got the punks to set the fire as a cover...' the next obvious question should be, 'what should the public reaction be when the official news report says it was started by 3 punks?. All you need are 3 innocent men arrested and charged with starting the fire. Who would not believe the authorities?
