Dear Hobie and the rest Who Research Health and Live It,

Personally, I ate a little cheese, eggs and fish until I was poisoned and in an attempt to push out the crap I've been realizing that I'm lacking in some nutrient. Everything was screaming at me that it was Vitamin A but I was eating ooddles of orange veggies.

Thank You for your post Hobie; as it is helping me to address this issue and for some reason think it could be an issue for many with chronic illness? We are poisoned in many ways these days; most not by the hand of someone they are married too. Instead, it comes from the air, water, food and pharmaceuticals that we purchase (how sick is that) and it has been a consorted effort to limit our lifespan while increasing the elites.

My hair, that has grown considerably(to my waist); still has a look about it like I had a spiral perm which is really weird since I haven't permed my hair in over 20 years. Naturally, I have straight Asian looking hair; albeit a dark golden blonde. The longer hair would get would seem to soften the curl and perhaps, but ever so slightly.

Not a lot of grey either which can often cause more body in that way? It is just a visual symptom that probably is affecting a couple other things. Just thought it was the easiest one to express that others would understand and relate too, hopefully:)
