Very strong winds and heavy rain here in my area of Mendocino County. I saw a brief one line post elsewhere that the Oroville spillway with the water cascading off to the right of the spillway up from the bottom. Nothing coming out at the bottom because it's diverted sideway(s). And a brief allusion to several other dams topping. Maybe the Don Pedro? Also highway 5 shut down. The brief post stated this amount of rain for the season is unprecedented.

Further censorship is occurring. Five workers at Oroville were fired because they posted pics on social sites against the terms of the contract they signed with the private contractor. Seems it's public money and a public dam and a public problem, but no public allowed. Which might explain why I cannot find any images of the bags of rocks being placed in the hole at the emergency spillway. There are pics of helicopters in the air, and on the ground at the staging areas. We see the bags lined up ready to go, but no pics of the holes being filled in. Odd. Now we know…censorship.

It looks like they are using a different tactic. I've seen this more int he last week or so. They are using a transmitter west of Sacramento. Looks like Mt. Vaca, just outside of Vacaville, CA. It looks like they are punching their artificial river in the face. It appears to be migrating the moisture away from the Sacramento and central valley. Or at least diverting it somewhat. Looks like they're trying fence off the valley.

Yeah, I was just looking at the Intellicast dollar. There is a hole in the "return" from Redding down to Yuba City. But it is raining in the mountains east of this, which includes the mountains that feed Oroville. I see where Interstate 5, the main artery from Southern California to the north into Oregon, is flooded out in many places with traffic completely backed up. Currently it is poring cats and dogs here, which is about 90 miles or so west of Oroville.
