At the beginning, the purpose of this article was continuous and detailed registration, using original images, complete with their detailed explanations, of still ongoing, first ever, chemtrail sprayings of Croatian town of Rijeka (Europe), which is special in that it started the next day after Croatia entered the Partnership for Peace and because it was monitored from its outset ( designates the link to the separate page containing the image in larger format together with it's adequate explanation, or other correlated images).

Direct observations made in a first few days led to conclusion that the NATO is the executive branch of the real chemtrail spraying operation which is managed by the governments of Western World.
