It's the premise that CIA and other US spook groups are recruiting people to infiltrate Al Nusra, ISIL, etc., when THESE SAME US AGENCIES ARE ACTUALLY FUNDING AND ARMING THOSE TERRORIST GROUPS!

And never mind that Trump's ban wll allow for exceptions on a 'case by case" basis.
