AS WE ALL KNOW, THE VERY OLD TRUSTS AND FOUNDATIONS, THAT INCLUDES SUCH LUMINARIES AS THE ST. GERMAINE FOUNDATION AND THE TRUST OF THE SAME NAME, HAVE BEEN SLEEPING FOR A WHILE AND WAITING FOR THE RIGHT TIME TO COME ALONG. THAT TIME HAS COME. WHAT WE ARE IN IS A SEVERAL DECADE LONG PROCESS IN WHICH OUR JOB WILL BE TO PERFORM A COMPLETE REVAMP OF THIS PLANET, BRING IT BACK TO A PRISTINE STATE ECOLOGICALLY (AND UNDO A CENTURY OF YUCK), ERADICATE POVERTY, AND PROVIDE A FERTILE GROUND FOR NEW IDEAS AND INVENTIONS THAT WILL AUGMENT OUR HUMANITY’S EVOLUTION.
SOUNDS SIMPLE RIGHT? IT DOES, AND IT IS SIMPLE. BUT….IT WILL TAKE A LOT OF WORK.
SO, AS WITH ANY PROJECT, WE NEED MONEY TO DO THE WORK. OUR WORK IS RATHER LARGE, SO WE HAD TO REQUEST RATHER LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY. IT WAS APPROVED, AND NOW WE CAN DO THE WORK.
THE FOUNDATIONS AND THE TRUSTS UNDER THE AUSPICE OF THE ELDERS, COUNCILS, AND UPSTAIRS, HAVE MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT NOW IS THE TIME TO PREPARE, AND BEGIN THE GROUNDWORK FOR THE WORK.
THIS WILL START OFF WITH A COUPLE OF MILLION AS I SAID, AND THIS MONEY WILL BE TO SET UP OFFICES, GET A FEW TELEPHONE LINES IN, AND GET STAFF TRAINED IN THE POSITIONS. THE OFFICES THEMSELVES ARE READY FOR US, JUST THE LEASE AGREEMENTS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND A CHECK GIVEN. AFTER CHRISTMAS, THEY ARE GETTING THE LARGER FUNDS SENT OUT TO BEGIN THE PROJECT FUNDING SEQUENCE.
IN THE NEW YEAR, AND I FIGURE BY MIDDLE OF THE MONTH OF JANUARY, WE WILL HAVE EVERYTHING SET TO GO, AND BY FEBRUARY WE WILL BE GETTING BIG BITES TAKEN OUT OF THE PROJECT COMPLIANCE PROCESS AS BY THAT TIME, WE WILL HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO GET THE PROJECT SIDE MOVING QUITE RAPIDLY.
AS BEFORE OUR FOCUS WILL BE ON KIDS, SENIORS AND WATER FIRST. THIS PRIORITY DOES NOT CHANGE. WE WILL NEED MANY TO ACCOMPLISH THE WORK AHEAD, AND I AM QUITE SERIOUS NOW AS I HAVE BEEN BEFORE, WHEN I SAID THAT WE WILL NEED THOUSANDS TO DO THIS. IT IS A VERY VERY SERIOUS THING WE ARE ABOUT TO DO.

For years now my husband and I have read your emails. How grateful we are and were for your dedication to keep us informed. So sad to read all the "Nasties" that none of you deserve. I am writing just to let you know that we are two of the many who have REALLY appreciated your dedication which has often been thankless.
My husband (who is 95 and on hospice) and I would have loved to have helped but we have not been able to do so but our hearts would have if we could have. We have struggled financially for more years than I wish to count, but if we could have you would have had help from us for all the good people that you have helped.
Just wanted to let you know that Jesus who ONLY DID GOOD was persecuted and you folks only wanted to do good and are also persecuted verbally and I am so sorry for that but there are those of us who love and appreciate everything you folks have done. Thank you Thank you!!!!!!!

New Cyber Hacks, Tactics Confirmed By SWIFT

Hackers targeting the SWIFT interbank system are getting more sophisticated, according to a previously undisclosed letter the organization sent to banks worldwide.
The letter warns banks around the world of an increasing threat to their systems since a February hack of Bangladesh’s central bank sent $81 million into the ether. The success of the big hack — and the ongoing war increasingly advanced attackers are waging on the system — is turning up heretofore unknown vulnerabilities in the messaging network responsible for trillions of dollars in daily payments.
“The threat is very persistent, adaptive and sophisticated — and it is here to stay,” SWIFT said in the November letter to client banks, seen by Reuters.
Central and commercial banks use SWIFT — and have seen a “meaningful” uptick in attacks. Those hits result in stolen funds about 20 percent of the time since the February heist, Stephen Gilderdale, head of SWIFT’s Customer Security Programme, told Reuters in an interview on Thursday. SWIFT has revealed three such hacks since the attack in February, though none of those resulted in any reported lost funds.
