“Silent Coup” Against President-Elect Trump Heads To US Supreme Court Showdown

An alarming Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin today is warning that the currently ongoing “silent coup” against President-elect Donald Trump by forces loyal to the Clinton Crime Family has “rapidly accelerated” over the past 48 hours with US Federal Judges loyal to the Obama and Bush regimes pushing for the 2016 Presidential Election to be overturned by the US Court in the next 6 days. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, the establishment of President-elect Trump as America’s next leader is racing towards a 13 December deadline mandated by Title 3, U.S. Code, Section 5 that each of the individual American States must have concluded all controversies related to their voting and submit their Electors for the 19 December Electoral Collage vote.

Blocking the way for these Electors to vote, however, this report continues, are two US Federal District Judges—Bush regime appointed Judge Paul Diamond for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Obama regime appointed Judge Mark Goldsmith of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

The legal power allowing these two US Federal Judges to overturn the 2016 Presidential Election, this report notes, was provided to them by lawsuits filed by Green Party candidate Jill Stein seeking a recount of the votes in the States of Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania that President-elect Trump won—and who is being supported in her efforts by Hillary Clinton, and whose backers have raised over $7.2 million in support of this “silent coup”.

To the machinations being used by these Bush-Obama regime US Federal Judges to force the 2016 Presidential Election into the US Supreme Court, this report explains, was Judge Goldsmith overruling the State of Michigan Court of Appeal 3-0 opinion declaring the State Board of Canvassers should never have permitted Stein’s recount to proceed, and US Federal Judge Diamond scheduling a 9 December hearing on Stein’s recount effort in Pennsylvania and whose ruling will not come in enough time enabling that State to certify its Electors on 13 December.

With a recount of 2016 Presidential Election votes already completed in the Hillary Clinton stronghold of Philadelphia gaining her only 5 additional votes, and the likewise Hillary Clinton stronghold of Detroit reporting that half of their votes may be ineligible for a recount, this report notes, President-elect Trump’s victories in the States of Pennsylvania and Michigan have been assured—but with these two US Federal Judges rulings means their Electors can’t be certified by 13 December.

In preparation, therefore, in these Bush-Obama regime US Federal Judges pushing the 2016 Presidential Election into the US Supreme Court, this report explains, this “silent coups” main objective is to sow chaos in the Electoral Collage preventing President-elect Trump from taking power.

Backing Hillary Clinton’s “silent coup” against President-elect Trump, this report continues, is the powerful US mainstream media propaganda organ known as The Washington Post—who in the past 24 hours have advocated that all of Hillary Clinton’s 232 Electors be “freed” to cast their votes for another Republican like Mitt Romney of John Kasich (who refused to be part of this plot), and have shamelessly written that “If there are 37 Republicans among them with the courage to perform their moral duty and protect the nation from a talented but dangerous president-elect, a new history of heroism will have to be written.”

Also “in play” in this “silent coup” against President-elect Trump with these two Obama-Bush US Federal Judges pushing the 2016 Presidential Election towards a showdown in the US Supreme Court, MoFA experts in this report explain, is the US Federal District Court in Colorado preparing to hear a lawsuit from that States Hillary Clinton Electors seeking to disqualify the Electors in all 50 States, and a group of powerful Democratic Party attorneys who have prepared a US Federal Court lawsuit stating that the entire Electoral Collage system is unconstitutional and must be immediately outlawed and Hillary Clinton declared president.

As there is “zero chance” that any of these US Federal Court lawsuits to put Hillary Clinton in power will have been settled by the 13 December deadline to certify Electors for the 19 December Electoral Collage presidential vote, this report concludes, this “silent coup” against President-elect Trump is, most assuredly, heading to the US Supreme Court for a 12 December “showdown” that will determine if America is going to be ruled by its elite oligarchs, or by the people of that nation.
