LIFE IS LIFE....THE REST IS ATTITUDE

Earth is the way it is.
People do what people do.
Structure was here when you arrived.
You were taught what you were taught.
You believe what you believe.
You came a certain way.
You try to have your needs met.
You try to have your wants and desires fulfilled.
You were born in certain circumstances.

And today is another day of your life experiencing yourself, others and earth.

WELCOME TO THE ADVENTURE

Whatever story you tell yourself to explain life is your religion or belief. And whether it brings you joy or sorrow, it’s yours.

Everyday you wake up in the pursuit of staying alive and being happy, joyful or at least at peace according to your best understanding and ability.

One decision and act can change everything. After you do a thing, you may not enjoy the rest of your life quite as much, or may enjoy it more.

It will serve you well to understand the reality that is life, that there are things you can change and things you cannot change, or, you can fight against the reality that is life and have that kind of life.

Because the earth is the way it is, it will do what it does.

Because others are the way they are they will do what they do.

Because of who you are, you will do what you do.

And you will either kick against the pricks or flow with life, depending on who you are.

You will judge life and your life experiences negative or positive (or neutral–no judgement) depending on who you are.

If you work at it, you MAY be able to change who you are–change how you look at life. Not everyone has the capacity to do that. If they do not have the capacity they will stay who they are and not change how they look at life (with perhaps a few minor changes....perhaps).

We all learn, but knowledge will not change your actions if it isn’t in you to change. However, in spite of people’s best efforts, life may change them, even if it is just at the though and emotional level.

This life only has value for humans if human consciousness continues after leaving this physical realm. If there is no continuation of human consciousness, then perhaps our lives have value for someone or something else.

Most people like the idea of free-will, free-choice and free-agency. The belief that it exists help make life what it is. Without that belief, religions and governments and laws would be different, and life on earth would be different.
