"In an emergency statement to the television, Queen Elizabeth II Has offered to renew the authority of Great Britain over the United States (thats US)", it was published by the newspaper like "New Yorker" in its latest issue.

"Addressing the American people from his office at Buckingham Palace, the Queen said that she gives this offer 'in recognition of the desperate situation in which you are now,'" writes in his regular column the American satirist and comedian Andy Borowitz.

"This experiment of self-government that lasted 240 years, started with the best intentions, but I think we can all agree that it has not a good ending," queen said, according to Borowitz.

The queen has "called Americans" that on the day of the upcoming presidential elections in the United States in the papers they write her name, because after that the transition of the United States back under British rule could begin "with a minimum of interference".

Elizabeth has "recognized", that in light of Brexit Americans can justifiably be upset that they would "come under the authority of the British parliamentary system," but they are "assured" that "Parliament should have no part in this business. It would be the monarchy of the old school. Just me, then, assuming that you prefer not the (Prince) Charles, we can go directly to the (Prince) William and then to the children with whom are you so fascinated."

"Using the final moments of her speech" to say something about herself, the queen has "clarified that she had never used e-mail and that her sexual relationship was only with one person, and very occasionally," writes the American satirist at the end of the article in "The New Yorker ".
