I have been watching Wikileaks, waiting for today's release, but have not seen a notice being tweeted yet by Wikileaks. But, just like one day over a week ago, Wikileaks hasn't put out their notification tweet yet, even though they are there at Wikileaks' site, over 700 new emails added to the Podesta Email cache.
