Ivan Pernar the represantive in Croatian Sabor (a think like as US government current thinky, but somewhat about 1500 years older), said Friday that Croatian citizens do not fear the Russians more current government that raises taxes, and that the decision to send Croatian army on the Russian border can be taken only by the Croatian Parliament.
