In this link above, the individual talks about “scientists” but he states they are “human”.

A friend of mine who does OBEs told me that these “scientists” are not “human”, as he met one of them. Here is his description of how that one appeared to him.

“It had arms and legs, but was tubular in construction, and dark grey, large 'hands' with 4 fingers, the fingers were the same diameter as it's arms, very odd looking, didn't see it's face, if they have one. Apparently they manage many many worlds, it seems we definitely live in a construction of some kind, and if they are inorganic does this mean they are artificial?”
