I feel an urge to describe the dream and some interpretation before the events of the day unfold, because the dream might help explain what happens today...

In the dream before sunrise on Friday, October 26, 1990, I stood in the water of a flooding stream in the woods, there were millions of small dead fish-like creatures in the stream, and I held some in my hand, saddened, and a voice said, "Six-point-seven one inches...same as last time..."

Awakening from the dream, I soon realized that it occurred exactly 4.5 years after the Chernobyl Ukraine nuclear disaster, and the biblical disaster of Noah's Flood is described in the SIXTH and SEVENTH chapter of the FIRST book of the bible. Furthermore, I later learned that The Soviet Union's final test of a nuclear weapon (underground explosion) had taken place October 24, 1990.

Six months later (half a year cycle later), on the afternoon of Friday, April 26, 1991 I was startled to see on the evening news report, footage of the first Japanese warship to venture on a military mission since World War II, a minesweeper setting out for the Persian Gulf, and on its side was emblazoned its number: 671.

Minutes later, a massive tornado slammed into a US Air Force Base in Kansas, exactly 100 days after the start of Operation Desert Storm...
