Zap, I have noticed that several times you have mentioned Fukushima, and wanted to contact you but the timing wasn't right. It is now! I have had two ongoing test sites on the Fukushima Power Plant site now for almost 14 months. One is a 17 acre site about 2/3 of a mile North northwest of the reactors and the other is a 71 acre enclosed ocean area directly east of the reactors. During the last 13 2/3 months the radiation on the two sites has been neutralized down to only a trace. The air directly above the sites is neutralized as well,all the way out to infinity. Both sites were recontaminated last fall by someone dumping radioactive material on them. It took me about 18 days to, once again, neutralize the contaminated materials dumped on the sites.

I started another test site directly west of the Tokyo Dome, a park, in December, 2015, but told no one about it. This past June 12th someone, I suspect it was the Japanese military, recontaminated all three sites with some very toxic radiated materials. I suspect that they were checking on my capabilities. I cleaned up all 3 sites in 15 1/3 days. I was also very much aware that the US Air Force was monitoring the tests as well.

Around September 1, 2015 I did notify Tokyo Electric Power Company of my 2 test sites, which I was conducting, without their permission. Actually I sent them maps so there would be no misunderstanding as to the locations. As for the park across the street from the Tokyo Dome, Benjamin Fulford is the only one I contacted regarding it and it's location, and that was on 2-27-16 .

To date, I have yet to hear from anyone from TEMCO or the Japanese Government concerning the Test. But then,I did not expect to since to many politicians, and of course, the cabal, were making way too much money off of the faked attempt of cleaning up the mess. Now, one of Benjamin Fulford's assistants emailed back to me, inviting me to come on over with a geiger counter and prove my claims. Since I didn't have the funds to purchase a geiger counter, much less a ticket to Japan, I had to decline.

To make a 14 month story short, I have the understanding to completely neutralize the radiation in the reactors, every square inch of Japan, and the Pacific Ocean. However, I do not have the necessary equipment to accomplish this feat, at present,and wont until either I get a contract that I can borrow against or the allusive RV takes place.

So the understanding of neutralizing radiation does exist. But what I haven't mentioned to TEPCO or anyone else is while I am neutralizing the soil, air, or water of radiation, I am also neutralizing the same areas of any chemical toxins. Any toxins harmful to life gets neutralized at the same time. It will be interesting how this plays out. And if you are wondering how all this is accomplished with me being in Texas, Radionics.
