Almost completely unknown independent candidate Evan McMullin could become next President of the United States in the case of a series of unlikely, but not impossible events.

McMullin is one in a series of candidates participating in the presidential elections alongside Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton. He is not even among the best known candidates of smaller parties such as the libertarian candidate Gary Johnson and Green candidate Jill Stein, but in relation to them he has a significant advantage - coming from Utah.

McMullin, a 40-year-old former member of the CIA, is not not on the ballot in all states, but at Utah home stands quite well. In this extremely Republican state, Tramp otherwise has not a very good standing, with downturn of support on the national level, his chances to win in a country dominated by Mormons fell also.

According to a survey of the "Y2 Analitics" from Utah, published Wednesday in the state, Tramp and Clinton were tied with 26 percent support, and McMullin was lagging behind by only two percent. Yesterday's Monmouth poll gives Trump some more support of 34 percent, Clinton, 28, and McMullin 20 percent.
