Most of you that follow my information are well versed on biofilm; will realize that is what BAM is. Recently, I presented a hypothesis that the issue with milk had nothing to do with lactaid but other added ingredients and they only pointed out this because they knew many would become ill because of it; especially those of certain genetics. The reason why folks suddenly began to have problems with digestion of dairy most likely had nothing to do with lactaid, lactose, lactate or which ever form it has become. Instead it most likely will be attribulted to that which helps keep it on the shelf longer, BHT, BHA, etc.

Again I propose to go back to raw milk or dump so much in that the biofilms can't survive. It just makes sense and the more I read, the more sense it makes.

As many do get constipated with this adjusted milk; it is best, especially if you have Lyme/Morgellons/XMRV to help your body out and take senna as a morning BM helps everything to go better
and keeps the toxins from building up.

Again, I am using an organic, pasteurized cream, taking coconut oil and stevia in strong coffee. Also taking vitamins--whatever I'm doing seems to be helping to push out the hydrogen sulfide I was poisoned with.

Could it be that it has nothing to do with the above and is related to being hit with so many pesticides from all sides? I consider everything and so must you.

Perhaps I need to look at pasteurization as well. It was easier to know what was what when I lived on a mountain away from others with less variables and why I knew I was being poisoned.

One last thing, to those of you with issues of bi polar brought on by to many toxins, besides detoxing, do include Evening Primrose Oil in your diet--at least 1300 mgs a day to start. The vitamin sAME' by nature made will also help in this regard.
