What is considered right/wrong by one human being, may not be considered right/wrong by all human beings, and even when it is, there is no guarantee that one will make the right choice.
When trump was talking about grabbing women by the privates, was it not in the context of what you can get away with when you are rich and famous? Was that inaccurate? Why do so many people desire to be rich and famous? Does that have anything to do with right and wrong? Consider, how people behave when they are around rich and famous people. Ever heard of groupies, or fans? Does sycophant also fit in this context? If there is a supplier of a desire, then there will be a buyer of a desire. To want to walk in the arms of someone rich and famous is a desire for some. Attention buy proximity. Wealth by proximity. There are situations that are not created by consenting adults, but I don't think this is one of them.
