I agree. Most everyone I know speaks of things they "know" but after listening to them it becomes apparent that they actually are only speaking of things they believe . I did have an experience when I was 17 ( it was a very good year😊) during which I was able to view my past lives. How did I know they were past lives? I can't answer that because I was raised in a strict Catholic setting and I had no background for this. There was just and inner knowing that was so strong it didn't leave any room for doubt. A big screen appeared in front of me while sitting on the living room couch. There were pictures going by rapidly just like when sitting in a movie theater at the end of a film. I knew each frame represented a past life and I also knew that if I were to concentrate on the "film" going by it would slow down. I did this and it did. I then knew that I could stop an individual frame completely and then I could view that particular life. I tried it and found I was correct. For several days I enjoyed doing this when I was alone. Then one day I knew that I could also experience the particular life through the individual who was having that life. I did this through intent and I immediately started seeing through the eyes of the individual living the life. I also experienced the thoughts and emotions of the individual. Then one day I got this idea to try to communicate with the individual having the past life. It was an old peasant woman who lived outside of a large fortress/castle like structure. It seemed to be in the Middle Ages. The woman was very poor and had a little garden plot near this Castle(?) that she used to grow food to help her survive. She had it near the Castle because this gave her a feeling of a little more safety. I could feel how difficult her life was and I could feel her anger at her life situation compared to the wealthier people in the Castle. On this particular day she was working in her garden and it was very muddy becasue it had rained the previous night. Suddenly the gates to the Castle opened up and out rode 4 knights on horseback. They were in a jovial mood and one of them thought it would be funny to ride off the rode and through this woman's garden. As he did this his horse kicked up a lot of mud and dirt and some of it hit the woman in the face. The knights all had a good laugh about this and then continued down the road. The woman was filled with rage but said nothing and was afraid to even look in their direction. I decided I would speak to her and try to give her some words of encouragement. When I did this the woman immediately became terrified and looked around to see where this voice was coming from. What she saw through her eyes was a ball of light several feet above her at about a 45 degree angle. She experienced my voice as coming from this light. When her eyes locked on this ball of light it was as if for a brief moment we were staring into each others eyes. The I felt a huge jolt go through my body as if i had been hit with a bolt of electricity. It was so strong that it knocked me off of the couch and onto the floor. From that moment on I was no longer able to see my past lives. I had the feeling that I had violated a protocol, so to speak. It felt as if the one thing that was not allowed was do do anything that would cause fear in one of these individuals as they lived their life. I had done this and I had done it in a manner that this woman was not able to comprehend except by putting it in the category of seeing a ghost or a demon, etc. How I knew all of the things I mentioned I can not answer but I do know that when you really know something as opposed to merely believing it the feeling is completely different yet very hard to put into words.
