Tonight, Friday night May 20, 2016 is the same in the prophetic Mayan Calendar 260-day count (hinted at in the biblical 1,260-day count), as Friday, April 7, 586 BC, when Ezekiel recorded this prophecy, today called Chapter 26...

That's comparing an invasion to a tsunami. I first discovered the date of this prophecy in early 1989, and wondered what might happen on Friday, April 7, 1989, and this is what happened, a heat wave in Southern California was marked by an earthquake off the coast of Los Angeles at 3:07 PM CDT:

Today is 950,040 days after Friday, April 7, 586 BC (Gregorian), and that figure is a spectacular multiple of (7 x 360) days as well as (7 x 260) days, a cycle which repeats every 90 years or so. Well okay, to be exact, the last time it repeated was 32760 days ago, on Friday, September 10, 1926.

In modern times, ancient Tyre equals Britain, Japan, San Francisco (and the West Coast of North America in general), and there's already been an earthquake off the coast of Oregon, magnitude 4.9 at 2:01 AM CDT, the "National Tsunami Warning Center" weighs in, calls it a 4.8 magnitude quake, and says no warning was issued.

Incidentally, Taiwan's latest President was inaugurated today, the first female to hold that position, she stresses Independence for Taiwan, and China is never happy about that. The U.S. abandoned diplomatic recognition of Taiwan for China, effective January 1, 1979, and an historic earthquake also struck off the coast of Los Angeles that day:

The prophecies in the Book of Ezekiel are dated for a reason: The fulfillment of them happens on time cycles before and after the prophecies, a startling example is the prophecy he recorded on Sunday, April 9, 570 BC ( http://biblehub.com/ezekiel/29-17.htm )....The American Civil War ended on Sunday, April 9, 1865 AD, a multiple of 1,000 days after the Ezekielian prophecy, then the USS Maine was blown up in Havana Harbor 12,000 days later, on Tuesday evening, February 15, 1898, then Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, Hawaii exactly 16,000 days after that...for a total of 917,000 days from Sunday April 9, 570 BC to Sunday, December 7, 1941...there is no doubt in my mind that the dated prophecies in Ezekiel are intended to be applied to event after event, always explanatory of inspired views of personal or national tribulation.
