Very encouraging - if not for annual national re-declaration of emergency, & use of corporate currency, jurisdiction, Rachael Corrie

This is all very encouraging, but there may be a few problems in trying to challenge jurisdiction like this article suggests.
The annual U.S. redeclaration of emergency reinstates the (possibly unlawful) state of emergency in order to override these challenges and brute-force 'We, The Forgotten People' into a status of credit by police power of emergency powers.
How can you argue at police gunpoint that you do not furnish items of credit status (social security numbered documents of I.D.)?
How can you avoid the use of corporate-created items of credit such as I.O.U. debt instrument dollar bills?
These and other things place the affiant back into the realm of Admiralty, and, how in the world is one to escape it and the Admiralty jurisdiction in order to use the so-called new freeman status?
Years ago a couple who made dentures, etc. were reportedly accepting money orders for their excellent work, but came under a federal siege. No word on how that Waco style standoff ended. I think someone betrayed them and one was shot, etc.. It was unsuccessful for the unfortunate couple.
Others trying to create their backed currencies have been arrested and warehoused as you might recall, because of the brute-force tactics of the unlawful lawdogs operating on behalf of The Federal Reserve Corporation.
How are you going to spend bullion and silver-gold coins and learn which ones 'spend' if the dealers cannot even send you an email on the basics of which forms of metal are generally acceptable?

You see, the arguments against police power and the overwhelming equipment the police have been furnished is not just an argument of attitude. When one stands in front of a tank one is liable to end up like Rachael Corrie.

The problem is not just attitude toward brute police forces. The actual power the police have is in the wrong hands and is used to unlawfully enforce all the corporate crap. You see the real problem now? The police & law enforcement and their operatives have unlawfully overwhelmed the courts and 'We, The Forgotten People', and, that is not a 'broke' state of the budget. They are furnished money beyond compare while homeless persons are prohibited to be fed in some areas.

Try and get a job without that corporate social security number. Try and get a driver license without one and get jailed, your vehicle left to be towed and impounded.
