Accepts reality for what it is, does not complain about what it isn’t.

Receives all things with thankfulness.

Is pleasant company. Is easy to get a long with. Is not demanding. Has his ego’s needs, wants and desires under control in every situation. NEVER lets his ego’s needs, wants and desires cause him to think, speak and act contrary to the best interests of everyone. Is not selfish. Is not prideful, vain or greedy. Does not get irritated, upset, angry or violent. His words, is law. He is honest. Does not lie. Does not deceive. Does not manipulate. Treats others the way he wants to be treated. Serves others. Is meek, mild, gentle and kind. Is long suffering. Is centered. Is like still water. Flows with life. Does not kick against the pricks of reality. Loves people the way they are because he knows they cannot be who they are not. Loves life the way it is because he understands it cannot be otherwise than what it is, when it is what it is at each moment. Works to bring joy, peace and happiness, but, should the results be otherwise, is at peace with the results, and then tries again, and again and again. Does no harm. Knows that every situation and experience in life is a valuable teaching experience. Knows that there are negative and positive benefits to reality, and that they all serve the best interests of life.

Knows that the object of consciousness is to increase knowledge, understanding and wisdom, which increase one’s capacity for more joy, peace and happiness.

Knows that ignorance knows not joy or happiness.

Admits when he’s wrong. Does not need to contend and argue. His peace is undisturbed no matter what happens to him or others. In defense of innocence, win or lose, he is at peace. In life or death of himself or others, he is at peace. In injury, sickness, disease, incapacity, riches or poverty, powerful or powerless, glorified or unknown, he is at peace.

He values life more than possessions. He values riches equal to poverty. He is undisturbed by either. He can live in a mansion or a cave, and it is the same. He can gain millions or lose it and it is the same. He can lose family, friends, health, possessions, be at war, enslaved, destitute, hungry and it is the same. He can get or lose a valued job, and he is undisturbed. He can buy a new car and have it stolen and it is the same. He has goals, pursuits, expectations and hopes and they can all come to naught, at it is the same, and his peace is undisturbed. HE ENJOYS ALL THAT IS LIFE.

We are individual energy forms with intelligence and will, and we desire to experience the energy-feelings that result from our experiences.

As Intelligences, we enter and become part of other organized energy beings (avatars, like a human body) in order to feed off (feel) the energy generated by our reaction to experiences.
