The president of the USA is the top manager of the corporation but takes his orders from the Board of Directors. He does not represent the people but rather the owners. He does not lead the people but rather manages the human resource for maximum corporate benefit. He is the front man or figurehead and only has the option to carry out his orders in the most beneficial way for the corporation. In other words, the president has very limited powers that require him to efficiently and effectively do what he is told to do. Government of the corporation, by the wannabe elite for the elite.
