Just the right personality for your typical corporate U.S. CEO, but not unlike, or any different than 95% of the DC occupiers.
Obama has some power allocated to him, which he applies to his endeavors of ignorant and stupid, of which he executes quite well.
There are others on the hill which yield as much power as the current president, and are equally or more evil than Obama.
The field of despots is so thick in DC, that to only focus on Obama, although a big problem, is missing another group of even worse behaved (yes - it is possible to be worse than Obama) deviant psychopaths - namely the politicians and staff members who serve AIPAC and the Israeli destroyer class death cult lobby.
IE: Nuland, Lieberman, Rubio, Cruz, Graham, and McCain - to barely scratch the surface of the depth of insane criminality.
McCain appears in front of the cameras the most, which may be why he appears so obviously deviant and demented.
Perhaps it is because he is always out front, openly displaying his deep seated mental illness of a delusional penchant for war mongering psychopathy.

McCain is also the Chair of the Senate armed services Committee.
It is the Senate Armed Services Committee who direct BILLIONS in funding for the war profiteering Pentagon to buy weapons and create more wars because they have a uniform and the weapons to create the war.
Capitol Hill Corporation is one, big happy family of death, destruction, and debauchery - and the whole gang gets filthy rich by taking weapons manufacturers lobbyist cash, killing everything that breathes, and destroying anything that exists.
Since there is no honor in DC, and certainly no honor among the thieves who occupy the DC space, the demented psychopaths tend to back bite one another, on the pretense they are the better psychopath than the one they backbite.
In this case, maniac McCain is whining that maniac Obama is not doing enough to create more destruction and chaos, and not doing enough organize direct military conflict with those 'terrible Chinese' who had the audacity to land a plane on an island China built in the South China Sea.
Yes indeed, THAT is a good reason for war against China, in addition to the fact that maniac McCain woke up above ground this morning, it's one-hell-of-a-reason.
Add to those 'reasons' for war, another in which the the oil futures contracts/derivative schemes are about to blow up in Wall Streets face.

Senator John McCain on Monday criticized the White House for delaying any future “freedom of navigation” patrols near artificial islands that China has built in the disputed South China Sea.
McCain, who chairs the Armed Services Committee, said China was continuing to "pursue its territorial ambitions" in the region, including by landing a plane on a man-made island in the Spratly Islands on January 2.
