'My Silent Love' - Featured in 'Sabrina' - Harry James, Dick Haymes - VIDEO & Comment on Romantic Resurgence

'My Silent Love' reportedly came from 'Jazz Nocturne' by Dana Suesse and is featured in the 1954 romantic classic film, 'Sabrina', with Audrey Hepburn, Humphrey Bogart, and William Holden.

It appears that more persons are realizing that today's sham societal system does not compare well with the times and films of the fifties, sixties, etc.., as the comments at this YouTuber illustrate. But one can read such longing for past, more romantic times on many other YouTube.com pages and other blogs, too. Judging from some prices of certain classic films, it actually looks like viewers and buyers are going back to buying the older film productions in search of stories, scenes and plots with more substance, more romance, more time spent on escapism, etc., a departure of the tunnel-vision thinking of today's world.

If it's true that folks are returning to something more meaningful, even in arts, it is a sign of rejection of today's society and world that I have hoped would come. The contrasting brutal, bullying of booming gunfire in the U.S. communist inferno cities may threaten to dissolve romantic themes of today's romanticists, but people will still continue to seek something better - better in the arts of music and films, and better in the kind of people allowed into the U.S.!
