Something New Under the Sun in the Boston Marathon Case

A Reuters bulletin of December 1, 2015 said:

“Lawyers for Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev asked a judge on Tuesday to hold a new trial for their client, citing a Supreme Court decision that a U.S. law stiffening sentences for crimes committed while in possession of a gun was overly broad.”

Hey, how about asking for a new trial because he didn’t do it?

It seems that the truth about the case is coming out (after two and a half long years). Elena Teyer, whose son-in-law was killed by the FBI in his Florida home, has got a petition going. So far it has 7,000 signatures!

I have been writing about it here at Rumor Mill News and yakking about it at my Youtube channel, “Mary W Maxwell.”

Today, a woman named Cheryl Dean got up on her high horse and reprimanded the prosecuting US Attorney, Carmen Ortiz. You will want to read this. It is at today’s GumshoeNews.com, in Melbourne. I will link it below.

Oh, and here is me comparing some “terrorist” cases. Aren’t you getting sick of this stuff? Why are we putting up with it?
