Biggie, Biggie Thanks to Judge in the Bill Windsor Case

On October 30, 2015, America’s dear friend and comprehensive whistleblower, Bill Windsor (founder of LawlessAmerica.com), has announced that Judge James A. Haynes has dismissed three felony charges against him.

There remain two misdemeanor chargers under consideration. Although those could mean 6 months in jail, the felonies could have seen him incarcerated for 6 years. Bill is 67 years old, has broken no law (as far as I can see) and has already done 156 days of jail. He is out on bail.

Bill writes: “I am very happy to say this is a big deal. What has just happened is that a lowly pro se defendant charged with three felonies facing six years in prison has won against a hotshot county prosecuting attorney. Things like this just don't happen -- to me or to many people. Judge James A. Haynes obviously did the right thing on three of the charges, and I hope he will do the right thing on the other two.”

Again, hail to the judge who did the right thing. It could have gone the other way. Whistleblowers die. That includes the ones we know, like the hero of the OKC bombing case, Terrance Yeakey, and no doubt many who are never recognized.
