I also heard this in last night's debate. Last night he said something close to this: You know everyone up here is always saying something like "I'm the only one up here who can make this statement". Well, I'm the only one up here who can say this. I fought the Clinton's and won. That's right i didn't just fight them. I fought them and won...(short pause) and lived to talk about it! I was amazed at this for a few reasons. First of all, that it was said live on the air with millions watching. Secondly,the reaction from his fellow candidates was very interesting. Most put there heads down or just stared off into the distance. Jeb Bush, who I believe was right next to him, put his head down but then broke into a little chuckle. I think that was because his family has been so closely tied into the Clintons and all of their corruption over the years, Mena, for example, and the trail of dead bodies from their attempts to cover up all of their wrongdoing. It also may have been a nervous laugh as he thinks, thank god he only mentioned the Clintons. It was also amazing to me that after a Republican Presidential candidate says this about a family (the Clintons) whose members include a former President, and also his wife, who most agree will be the Democratic candidate this time around, on live TV with millions watching, that no one on the panel of journalists nor any of the other candidates even asks what he means by that? Of course, that's because they all know exactly what he meant by that and they all knew they better not go there. Too bad as it was a real opportunity to wake up the dumbed down asleep populace to what really has been going on in this country. I also am not surprised to hear that it has been deleted from and coverage of last night's debate.
