How did we lose the common law?

Under the Organic Laws: Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, and the Northwest Ordinance, a period of about 11 years and just before the United States Constitution of 1787, we only had unwritten law/common law. . What is common law? What happened in 1787? How did we lose the common law?

Common law is so simple you don't need a lawyer to operate it and basically it works this way.

Don't injure anyone in person

Don't injure anyone and their property

Don't create nuisance

Don't breach the peace

As long as you follow those 4 things you have committed no crime. The way common law is supposed to operate is that if there is a cause of action, it is started by the INJURED PARTY placing an AFFIDAVIT ON THE RECORD. IT HAS TO BE an AFFIDAVIT OF FACT and before they do that, they better have TWO OR MORE corroborating witnesses that are willing to create an affidavit under oath, SIGNED UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY and/or they better have a lot of physical evidence to support their claim.

Then that claim is brought before a COURT OF LAW (Common Law Court) BEFORE A JURY OF PEERS where they hold a fair and impartial trial by the jury, and the jury JUDGES both the FACTS of the case and the COMMON LAW and they, the jury, decide based on the facts and evidence presented.

Common law is based on God's Law: Anytime someone is charged under the common law, there must be a damaged party. You are free under the common law to do anything you please, as long as you do not infringe on the life, liberty or property of someone else. You have a right to make a fool of yourself provided you do not infringe on the life, liberty or property of someone else. The common law does not allow for any government action which prevents a man from making a fool of himself. For instance, when you cross over state lines in most states, you will see a sign which says, BUCKLE YOUR SEAT BELTS -- IT'S THE LAW. This cannot be common law, because who would you injure if you did not buckle up? Nobody. This would be compelled performance. But common law cannot compel performance. Any violation of common law is a CRIMINAL ACT, and is punishable.
