Honk If You Hate Jahar Tsarnaev

Whew! My new book has finally appeared on Amazon: “Fraud Upon the Court: Reclaiming the Law, Joyfully.” I hope I can hold out long enough to get the “joyful” part of that. Lately I have been writing about the Boston Marathon case and am rather downhearted.

There are some very good Youtube videos demonstrating the fact that there is no real evidence against Jahar Tsarnaev and his now-deceased older brother, Tamerlan. But that doesn’t seem to inhibit commenters from venting spleen (or whatever it is they are intending to vent).

Only rarely do the commenters supply their true name. That is puzzling. You would think they would want to get credit for their work (some are quite creative) or for their loyalty to God, king, and country . Here are some typical comments:

From what I've been reading Tamerlan Tsarnaev certainly seems like a useless flat track bully and a failure to me. Somebody with a large ego, little intelligence and even less talent. Most likely he was really spoiled as a child by his parents especially by his mother and threw his toys around the cot to get his way.

Everything is a conspiracy. How do we know we actually live on Earth? Most of us have never ventured into space. Photos can be easily doctored. It is quite possible we actually reside on the planet Qo'noS like the Klingons from Star Trek.

I am completely for death penalty, however only in cases like this one, when there is no doubt whatsoever about his guilt.

The Killing of MIT Policeman Sean Collier

As far as I can observe there is not the slightest evidence that the brothers were involved in the killing of the MIT cop. Not a speck, jot, iota, or smidgen. Not a gram or a dram. Not a soupçon. But based on the claims made in court at the trial of Jahar, you could be forgiven for thinking the prosecution had the whole thing down pat.

Assistant United States Attorney William Weinreb said this about the murder of Collier in his opening statements at Jahar’s trial (per media report):

“As soon as they reach the car, they open the door,” Weinreb said, and then a man opened fire, “shooting him in the head at point-blank range twice in the side of the head and once right between the eyes.”

Well, OK, but who did it? Here is the “telltale” video:

Pretty exciting, eh?

Seriously, it is good to hear that the state of Massachusetts will put Jahar on trial for the killing of Sean Collier, as, who knows, we might get a judge who would look for cross-examination of such evidence by the so-called defense.
