One could interpret Bandaid as Katy Perry symbolically undergoing Monarch programming, which consists of forcing a slave to undergo intense trauma to create an alter persona.

Appropriately enough, electroshock torture is one of the main techniques used in Monarch mind control. And, appropriately enough, in Watch It Burn, Katy Perry emerges with a brand new and powerful persona. Here’s a look at the video.

The video begins with Katy suffering major burn wounds and being carried into a strange, black site-type facility.

A scorpion tail emerges from Perry and wreaks havoc around her.

We quickly realize that Perry’s injuries are not merely physical – they’re also spiritual.
A priest wearing a hazmat suit and holding a Bible appears before Perry.

The scene above strongly implies several things. First, the hazmat suit indicates that Perry is not merely injured, but she’s “infected.” And the treatment is not merely medical – it is an all-out exorcism.

However, it doesn’t seem to work. The opposite is actually happening.
There’s an entity inside of Perry – a literal demon.
Perry looks at her reflection in a broken mirror. In MK symbolism, they represent the fracturing of a slave’s personality in multiple alters.

Then, a new Katy Perry emerges with a new look and new powers.
Katy is dressed in black, drinks straight from the bottle, and is protected by her scorpion tail. Her new bad-ass persona is here. No more feeling sad for Katy. And this is all thanks to her demonic possession.
