I understand that since their direct 'channeling' and it's effects falls mostly on the ears of the lower intellect humans
among us, they have decided on a different approach.

Namely..ALTER the DNA Strand such as it responds to their control. It turns out that this is much more easily accomplished.

It is done by adding a third DNA strand to the conventional 2 strand helix which third strand envelops the primary two. This third strand is SUPPOSED to be composed of a substrate silicon/calcium and a metal, forming a helical semiconductor enveloping the strand. But things have gone awry in some cases..

The idea of multistrand DNA has been around since the mid 1950's or so, so it is not new. Lately it was discovered that this third strand could be excited with RF (radio waves) and that when this was done, the near fields of the third strand could alter the other two in strange ways depending on the applied modulation. Interesting, what?

Paradoxically, ground was broken for CERN at about the same time...the mid 50's. The latest admitted goal for CERN was to find the "God" particle. Find it indeed...

These fallen angels/ancient gods/spiritual hierarchy/galactic federation critters have been quite busy, it seems..

Anyway, the supposed 3 strand project is aided and abetted by metallic based vaccinations, chemtrail spraying, water floridation, and even mercury fillings which were praised back (in the 50's) as a godsend to people with cavities.

CERN is indeed a part of the scheme, their niobium cooling tubes paving the way for implementation of harnessing and interpreting the Qubits of quantum computers, yielding true AI.

Such computers would be paramount in controlling the modulation applied to the DNA helix.

Most apropos is the ancient goddess who has been installed directly outside the main entrance to the CERN facility.
