We received, by Registered Post, originating from America, a copy of the Certificate being displayed by this so-called and self-claimed M1, King of Kings, Mr Seno, from Indonesia.

The first thing we did was to check the return address which doesn’t exist, so we can assume that this was sent to us anonymously and deliberately.

Surprise, surprise, The Certificate is one that has been quite recently issued against assets of the Collateral Accounts, which is total Fraud as the only entity authorised to issue Certificates, Bonds, Notes against the assets of the Collateral Accounts is the Central Bank of the International Treasury (A legally registered company and legally operational inside the ITC’s operations).

The issuers appear to be the World Bank and the Committee of 300 with UBS involvement as it appears to have been issued against assets held under Custodianship by UBS, Switzerland.

The signatures, all of them, on this Certificate have absolutely nothing to do with the Collateral Accounts, for which none of whom have any authority or power to handle anything connected, related, or relative to the Collateral Accounts.

This whole thing with Mr Seno and this Certificate is total Fraud and a very elaborate scam by some of the highest authorities in the world. For what reason is unknown at this juncture but we can be sure that it is not for legitimate reasons or for assisting the World and its people.

Based upon what I stated in my response to the M1 article reference to causing civil strife and possibly World War III, I am beginning to wonder whether the World Bank and the Committee of 300 aren’t deliberately trying to provoke such a situation. as Mr Seno's proposal would certainly achieve, as they are both part of the Cabal and have both been very active in the theft and abuse of assets of the Collateral Accounts for decades.

Whatever, to us it is a very poor attempt to, once again, abuse assets of the Collateral Accounts, and certainly a sick attempt to use a “Fall Guy” (Mr Seno) to do their work for them. That shows people just how low these higher authorities in the world really are. They portray one thing publicly when at the back they are doing something totally the opposite, against the world and in their own interests.

For those who still believe Mr Seno and his plans are genuine, BEWARE AND WAKE UP because you are equally being dragged into (Innocently on your part) a complex fraudulent scheme which will only backfire.

NOTE: The World Bank have been issued with an Official Cease and Desist Order which is inviolate and immutable. No doubt in our minds that they will ignore this and continue with their fraudulent escapades.

Oh what it takes for some to make their own little world go round without any thought for others. We believe the World Bank and the Committee are very desperate whereby desperate people do desperate things. We have, over Three (3) years rattled some very big cages, and have incurred some suffering as a result of same, but we will continue relentlessly no matter what it takes.
