Governor DeSantis, Greetings;

Herein you are being presented with the factual, legal, commercial and political mechanisms to control and regulate DISNEY, and any other Florida chartered corporation, in accord with the People’s Law of Constitutions.

MAJOR PREMISE:

All political powers in and of the States United belong to the People as private property, assigned in bailment for administration to governments We the People created, the public trust. The People granted no powers to or for the administration of our constituted States for our public servants to recognize in any manner whatsoever, a political capacity claimed by any other than the People ourselves. Nor did We the People recognize in any manner whatsoever, in our Constitutions, the authorizing to the governments We created, to ever allow or support any operation carried on on the venue, or within the jurisdiction of our State of Florida, that was not intrinsically confined within the powers and limits of our Constitution, particularly our Declaration of All Rights Reserved. Governor DeSantis, the above statement of fact, is proved by the Supreme Law covering Florida. The People’s Constitution, requires you as the Peoples Fiduciary, to properly and fully consider reviewing completely DISNEY CORPORATION operations in Florida for compliance with all constitutional limits placed on government and its actions granting DISNEY corporate life. Then, when DISNEY is found to have trespassed out of the strict limits of corporate construction and trespassed on the People’s political and lawful rights, put DISNEY on trial in the Court of Public Opinion and prosecute DISNEY violations to the fullest extent of the law.

MINOR PREMISSES.

1. The People’s House is the Republic form of government, rule by law, known as the State of Florida, which recognizes the result that every public servant, every corporation franchised, every licensed and regulated entity operating in the State of Florida Jurisdiction is a MERE TENANT living in the People’s House.


2. Tenants rights are strictly limited and defined by the landlords Constituted ownership of the property inhabited. In the matters concerning DISNEY, inhabiting Florida, the ownership of the venue and jurisdiction controlling the land upon which DISNEY operates and inhabits, is the People’s State regulated completely by the People’s constitution.

SPECIAL NOTE.

The Preamble to the Constitution of Florida as a State United in perpetual union, functions as and is conclusive proof of ownership, DOCUMENT OF TITLE, held by the People of Florida because the People created Florida the State of the Union. The creator is always the owner. “ PREAMBLE:

We, the people of the State of Florida, being grateful to Almighty God for our constitutional liberty, in order to secure its benefits, perfect our government, insure domestic tranquility, maintain public order, and guarantee equal civil and political rights to all, do ordain and establish this constitution. “

1. DISNEY and every other corporation or legal person created by or recognized and licensed as holding position to do business with the People of Florida agreed to be subject to the People’s constitution administered by the State of Florida Jurisdiction, controlling and regulating all transactions of a political, commercial or legal nature, because the People’s authorities as Sovereigns are the source and authority for all governmental powers and actions. AND, DISNEY, accepted the use of the Peoples powers to create corporations. Therefore, DISNEY, accepted the Peoples Declaration of Rights the moment it accepted the corporate charter.


2. The People never authorized our constructed State applying the full force of the Peoples’s powers, to authorize or support violations of the People’s Declaration of Rights by any one at any time or in any place.


3. Allowing or supporting in any manner whatsoever any one, particularly state recognized or constructed legal persons to violate the People in any manner is the highest CONSTITUTIONAL TORT from which there is no escape , because public records prove the facts, records being naked of proof that constitutional duties were recognized and applied for the benefit of the People.


4. Violation of the People in its highest form starts with FAILURE to ensure the People receive the specific benefits of law described by Florida Declaration of Rights, from every public servant in all of their acts done under the Flag and Seal of the State of Florida.


5. The Florida constitution granting the use, a Trust, of the Peoples political powers, does not recognize any public servant, ever, authority to usurp, convert or transfer the People’s political powers to any Florida state created entity such as the DISNEY corporation.


6. The People are the owners of the equity of every corporation recognized and licensed to operate under the powers of the State of Florida, because, the People are the true power, political power, creators and constructors, authorizing and underneath all authority for the issuing of the corporate charter to DISNEY and every other Florida corporation.


7. The Florida legislature holds no powers or authorities to construct a political body disguised as a corporation, DISNEY.


8. The People never contemplated nor in any manner whatsoever recognized by constitution any type of ‘special privileges’ to public servants, legislators or courts, to carve out a new kind of POLITICAL standing or capacity for any entity created by the People’s government, the State of Florida.


9. Political powers are exclusive to the People.


10. Only voters, the People, hold political powers or personality.


11. Corporations are owned by stockholders. The corporation identity is the house where the Board, management and employees live and work. Thus, the Board, management and employees are mere tenants subject to owners in equity, the People of Florida and the stock holders.


12. The owners, stockholders, legal title holders to the corporation DISNEY, are subject the the equity position of the People by the very nature of the corporate construction.


13. Breach of contract, failure of public servant to serve and protect the People’s interests first, last and always, is the chargeable TORT proved conclusively by public record being naked of application of law upon demand by the People, collectively or individually.


14. Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356 (1886) annexed as fully incorporated instruction order to public servants, high lighted below, is settlement of all issues concerning DISNEY activities when derivative corporate powers are sourced in the People’s constitution and legislation controlling corporations.


15. Disney and every other Florida chartered corporation, is subject to the Peoples Constitution contract because they took the license from the People’s agent the State of Florida.


16. The facts of law to be applied are found in the Florida Constitution and legislative acts allowing the privilege of corporate existence to be extended to DISNEY, and its limited business operations in Florida. DISNEY upon acceptance of the corporate charter registration agreed to be subject to all statutes and the Florida Constitution, particularly the People’s Declaration of Rights.


17. The government of the State of Florida is incapable, totally void of power, to commit any act that does not carry with it the COMPLETE SET OF LIMITS SET BY PEOPLE’S CONSTITUTION. This is because both the powers and limits upon the State of Florida government are defined by one contract which does not allow severing of one condition or term of service from the whole. No public servant could ever identify or reference discretionary authority to sever powers, or limits, assigned by the Peoples Constitution to any public act because such assignment is not contained in the words on paper, the recognized Constitution of Florida governments.


18. Every Florida government act requires fair notice, particularly in the authorization of a corporate identity or operations in Florida, to ensure the licensee such as DISNEY is informed that the laws, particularly the Constitution, it’s Declaration of Rights and all lawful statutes bind DISNEY in the same manner as Florida Government. This fact is inherent in the constitutional system structure by virtue of the state and national constitutions being defined as the supreme law. The People in construction of our constitutional republics did not carve out a special category recognizing exemptions from the original jurisdictions assigned to governments by the People’s through our constitutions.


19. If the State of Florida Legislature mislead DISNEY into the false belief, that a corporation created by Florida government act, could hold or in any manner whatsoever hold the right to exercise political power, that ERROR must be corrected immediately by current Florida State administration, in total, covering every state employee or officer. To do less admits the administration of the People’s political powers has constructed a Constitutional Crisis for which every public servant is personally liable.


20. Florida legislative acts, obviously bought by DISNEY, granting a corporation political powers is a CONVERSION and THEFT of the exclusive property of the People, the identity of the People represented in our Political powers.


21. The Florida government, particularly the Governors office as chief law enforcer, is not empowered by constitution to allow any entity created or recognized by Floridas governments to be treated as as special and not subject to all the laws of Florida, particularly State of Florida Declaration of Rights and the National Bill of Rights.

Of special NOTE is the fact that the State of Florida Pension Funds, fifth largest in the country, portfolio appears to be invested more than a few WOKE corporations. Considering the current hoopla concerning DISNEY, it should be apparent that it might be very wise to fully investigate the investments to find out how many corporations are actually working at cross purposes with legitimate People created government.

SECONDARY PREMISES.

FINAL POINT OF DISCUSSION. This point is presented under intent to open good faith dialogues exposing the root of confusions creating the political combat warfare currently controlling the operations inside the People’s House known as our Republic Form of Government, in this instant context, the State of Florida.

The logic as applied by law presented herein is the root foundation creating the powers of the People’s office of Governor.

Ron DeSantis is the chief FIDUCIARY appointed, elected Governor, by the People of Florida, granting the privilege of public office, which Ron DeSantis accepted by executing, signing the Oath of Office and that public operation of law was memorialized by filing at the Secretary of States office.

The Chief FIDUCIARY also holds the Chief Magistrates powers to make findings of fact and conclusions of law, issue process, warrants, summons, letters rogatory from the Magistrates Court to the foreign derivative corporate jurisdiction, subpoenas, and all other process related to execution of the law. First law of course being the People’s constitution, particularly the Preamble creating the People’s estate, the document of title and ownership, controlled by the People’s Declaration of Rights.

When the Florida Governors office serving the People fails or refuses to protect the special unique and exclusive political capacity of the People by allowing a mere corporation to hold political power there is no force of effective law of the People being exercised. The People’s law of constitutions is the Supreme Law which public servants are required absolutely to execute over the whole venue of Florida and all inhabiting it, particularly state created entities like DISNEY.

The People hold the absolute right to reserve consent. State of Florida constructed, licensed, regulated created legal persons do not ever hold the right to reserve consent from being governed, because as state creations they are subject to their creator, the People’s State.

Attorney General Ashley Moody, elected position, Secretary of State Laurel M. Lee, appointed position, hold FIDUCIARY obligations on par with Floridas Governor. All Florida government employees, entities contracted to Florida government and all creatures of Florida government powers application hold derivative FIDUCIARY obligations to the People of Florida, transferred via the privilege granted to do business with the People of Florida.

Thus the FIDUCIARY obligations called into operation herein are self executed obligations binding every individual and entity operating through suffrage granted by the People as defined by Florida legislative acts in compliance with the People’s Political will expressed by the Constitution creating governments.

The flow of power, authority and positions of ownership over any and all legal persons created by Floridas Constitution is immutable because of one single fact.

The People creating governments merely transferred the use of our private properties, political powers, to create governments. Bailment, wherein the property ownership never transferred to the State. Thus the State is the agent holding the People’s political powers in trust.

Flow of powers and authorities understanding is the critical element for beginning all solutions.

SINGLE POINT FOCUS REQUIRED.

Public record PROOF OF FACT is conclusive.

1. Natures God and Laws of Nature define mankind.

2. Acceptance of being the created necessitates the recognition that when mankind creates governments, Natures God is the source of authority.

3. The Laws of Nature are the administration of the source of authority.

4. Memorialized by the 1776 Declaration affecting all of mankind.

5. The constitution of governments at the PREAMBLE captures the source of authority in mankind’s words, fair notice, to and for all of mankind.

6. Preamble forming the construction document, Constitution, is PROOF OF OWNERSHIP over what results from the construction. DOCUMENT OF TITLE over governments.

7. CONSTITUTION is the property created. Raw material, heart, mind,~ soul, labor, of mankind expressing Natures God and Laws of Nature. Exactly the same as MONEY being the stored labor and raw material from Creation resulting in useable form for mankind, which is all provided by Creation, stored for future use.

8. Public servants issue their own personal FIDELITY BOND, signature on the required by law, public oath of office.

9. The Promise to serve one single concept titled Constitution as a whole.

10. Exclusive beneficiary of the use of the political property captured, in our constitutions is the People, the constructors and OWNERS.

11. Any and all use of the authorities and powers captured in our constitutions that fail or refuse serve and benefit the People directly, first, last and always, is the ultimate CRIME committed against both Natures God and the People re-presenting the Laws of Nature.

12. Current well known, accepted and widely practiced law, the neutral gathering of facts, agreed to serve the law settling all confusions between people recognizes the crime as:

CONVERSION, THEFT, CONSPIRACY TO BREACH FIDUCIARY DUTIES.

13. Each and all personal Fidelity Bonds are captured by CIVIL RIGHTS ACTION contract duly purchased fom proper jurisdiction operating in the correct venue.

1. Personal Fidelity Bonds issued by public servants capture all personal assets of the issuer which are forfeit when Constitutional TOTRS are evidenced by public record naked of recognition of, proof of benefits being provided as required by law, employment contract, ratified by a pay check.
   


2. We the People PAID FOR honest services to be provided under the terms and conditions of our Constitution and it’s controlling Declaration of Rights.

CONCLUSION.

Until the leadership of the government serving the People of the State of Florida, Governor and Chief Magistrate Ron DeSantis specifically, fully investigate the root issues causing so many of the confusions damaging our country, report to the People, We the People are denied the right to govern our selves through the Republic Form of government.

When we consider the nature and the theory of our institutions of government, the principles upon which they are sup- [118 U.S. 356, 370] posed to rest, and review the history of their development, we are constrained to conclude that they do not mean to leave room for the play and action of purely personal and arbitrary power. ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED. INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW!

Do the People have the right to Demand that DISNEY and every other corporation licensed or recognized by Florida government, be held to strict standards, specific terms and conditions, identified in the Peoples Declaration of Rights and the National Bill of Rights, the Thou Shall Not Ever, control conditions, when the DISNEY CORPORATION operates within the Jurisdiction of the State of Florida? If not, why not?

Under what circumstance, operation of law, does DISNEY believe it is authorized as a mere corporation to invade the personal private family lives of Floridians?

Does the Governor acting in capacity of the Chief Magistrate, highest law enforcement officer, have the absolute duty to issue a Cease and Desist Order and Notice of Distress on Corporate charter, to DISNEY, requiring the Showing Cause why DISNEY believes trespassing into the People of Florida’s private lives, is a power granted to any corporation, particularly DISNEY?

Does the Governor acting in capacity of the Chief Magistrate, highest law enforcement officer, have the absolute duty to issue a Cease and Desist Order and Notice of Distress on Corporate charter, to DISNEY, requiring the Showing Cause why DISNEY believes the corporate charter issued by State of Florida DID NOT carry with the franchise license the full and complete duties of the DISNEY CORPORATION, to recognize, respect and operate under the Peoples Declaration of Rights and national Bill of Rights?

Does the State of Florida, it’s Governor in particular, hold any authority assigned by the People’ s constitution to NOT guarantee access to and protection from the Supreme Law of Florida defined by the Peoples Declaration of ALL RIGHTS RESERVED, fully identified by Preamble and Declaration of Rights controlling the State of Florida government?

Will, the State of Florida, it’s Governor in particular, identify the portion of Florida Constitution, authorizing any government operation in Florida at all levels, to act in the name of and by the authority of the People, to grant any entity created or regulated by the State, to Breach the Peace, allow violations of the public tranquility and order by unlawful trespass by DISNEY in its woke manipulation of the People’s children as if DISNEY held a property right in either the People’s children or the parents control over their family?

Mr. DeSantis, will you please explain to the People of Florida and all of us other Americans, why our Declarations of All Rights Reserved is NOT the first Rule of Law creating peace and tranquility through out our country?
