The copy Kerry posted is from a couple days ago, but I found a copy more than two years old. It is 58 minutes long. But it sounded to me like a chunk of something longer.

And I finally found it: a Hagmann & Hagmann podcast from May 2014, which is three hours long. This was long before anyone heard of "Juan O Savin", but it certainly sounds like him, both the voice and the style. They called him "W" (as in Wayne R. Willott?) and described him as an intelligence insider. It is quite a rambling soliloquy. Try the 58 minute version. I am also including the 3 hour audio podcast, from the middle of which the 58 minute version was extracted.
