I've meaning to post about this but I was thinking someone out there may have already done so but I'll go anyway.
I was talking to a recent acquaintance I met through my electronics repair biz and he does asbestos removal and other such things. He just out of the the blue mentioned to me how to get rid of tobacco odor in a room or house that had a smoker living in it and the house reeks of smoke/tobacco.
He said they use Chlorine Dioxide ... I said whaaaaaat ?!!!
Yer kidding me ?
He said nope ... they use it all the time.
I said do you know what else it is used for ?
He said nope ...
I said ... curing a crap load of health ailments ...
He said ... shut the front door !
I said YEP !

I guess the idea to fumigate a stinky place ... they put large containers of Sodium HypoChlorite around the room/house and activate it and then get the hell out for a while.
After several hours I would imagine ... they come back and ventilate the place out and viola ... smell is gone.
Almost like using ozone I spose ?
Anyone else out in the woo zone ever hear about using MMS for this ?
