Basis of complaint.

The political power of the people has been stolen by conversion implemented by defendants acting in conspiracy with others known and unknown at this point, both domestic and foreign parties.

Consent of the governed was never transferred to government because no valid transfer of any property, property right in real or chattel property, the People�s votes, when fraud in even smallest bit or the appearance of fraud is associated with the election transaction gathering consent of the People is implicated.

Actors serving government installed in public offices through elective procedures implicated in fraud are incapable of exercising official duties protecting and maintaining individual rights, because the implication of fraud destroys individuals standing and capacity to hold public office.

Thus, the We People are denied access to the contract rights defined under the State of Arizona Constitution, which results in the People being held to involuntary servitude to government operations executed by illegitimate officers.

The transfer of consent by the People to be governed is the transfer of the People�s sovereignty to the public trust created by the People�s Constitution of the State of Arizona. Fraud in the transfer through the elections process destroys all claims of use of the Peoples sovereign powers by the State of Arizona.

Joe knows We the People pay honest public servants and qualified volunteers to perform the proper counting and assignment of our votes to the right person.

Joe knows none of the People, EVER gave powers or authorities to our public servants allowing our government to place a private for profit company in the position of being custodian over, transfer agent for, our Personal Private Property our VOTES!!!!

Joe knows We the People never authorized the governments we created to charge us for our servants not doing your jobs properly and then hiring others to do the job we already pay our servants to do.

Joe knows that what our crooked public servants, their political backers, their private corporate partners did in their conspiracy was Conversion and Theft, and the fence with the stolen goods, our votes, selling stolen Vote property and our country to the highest bidder, is Joe Biden and every other character claiming to be elected by the 2020 election.

The 2020 election voids any claim that those individuals serving the public trust could ever claim consent of the governed and use the fraudulent process as basis for application of legalized force upon any American for any reason.

Joe knows that, Legalized Force is the root definition of all forms of government.

Joe then begins to see in public records and open forum news reports proving from indisputable public records that his election was fraudulent and millions of votes are stolen.

Joe knows as the rest of us Americans do that our President, the last duly elected President, TRUMP, is still in care and custody of our legitimate votes from the 2016 election.

Joe knows as does any American that is even half awake that no legitimate or valid government exists when elected public servants need to rely on stealing the Peoples votes to gain office.

Joe knows that President Trump as a public servant works for the People because We hired him with our votes.

Joe knows that when some one else is in care of his property a FIDUCIARY relationship is executed and is never escapable no matter what any one says.

Joe knows the FIDUCIARY is completely responsible and liable to the owners with out limit of the property in His care. Who can put a price on the value of my vote?

Joe knows that when the Fiduciary fails or refuses to care for the property, our votes, in His care, and fails to return to return the property to its rightful owner, a TORT and high crime are committed.

Joe knows that the States United, individually or collectively, merely need to DECLARE the 2020 election VOID for fraud, which is the only mechanism to call the Peoples Court of Public Opinion back to the polls to pass judgement on the government operated by elected public servants.

Joe knows that the Governor and Attorney General not only hold the authority of the executive Chief Magistrates office to void the 2020 election, yet more, hold the absolute duty of the FIDUCIARY to do so, and no one any where can challenge them because that�s the law of the People�s Constitutions.

Joe knows that any one attacking the Governors and Attorney General�s finding of fact conclusion of law that the 2020 election is VOID for FRAUD, will need to prove from public records the 2020 election was honest.
