I have been using Ancestral Supplements for some time and have been very happy with the company. My digestion, energy and mood has improved dramatically. I am still tired but not nearly as tired as I was before. I have been implementing these new actions, which are basic common sense activities. When I look out at my farm in the morning, ALL the animals stand in the early morning sun...the goats. The ducks. It stands to reason that humans can benefit from this as well.
I am up to two 20 minute walks now, and even though it has only been 7 days I have seen great improvements. Hope this can help someone else out there!!!!

It’s a new morning, a new day and a new week!
It’s also time to take responsibility...make a commitment and take massive action. Because together for the next 5 days we are going to build a foundation of ancestral habits so you can live your best life and express your most dominant form.
We are going to do this one step at a time and create a ton of momentum so that you never go back to that old life. Remember that you were built for this! 💪
Today is Day 1 of 5 and this is what we are doing today:
FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ☀️
First thing in the morning, go outside and get the sun on your face, skin and eyes… and get your bare feet on the earth. Even if it is overcast outside, it is still vastly brighter than indoors, so get outside! Aim for 10 minutes, but 5 is better than 2, and 2 is better than 1.
I do this ritual every morning and as it relates to the Ancestral Tenets it’s a combination of #1 Sleep; #6 Connect and #7 Sun. Do this and it will set you up for your best sleep and your best day!
FOOD 🥩
We are NOT going to eat any processed foods today.
Instead, we are going to eat like our early ancestors.
That means if it can be hunted or gathered it's on the menu.
Have you got your liver and bone marrow yet? Get these as soon as possible primal. This is Ancestral Tenet #2 Eat
EVENING TIME 🌗
Come sundown, put down the phone, read a book or spend time with your loved ones. If you must look at a screen be sure to use a blue light blocking app or glasses.
We are also going to turn off our WIFI and digital devices tonight so that we are shielded from electronic fields during our sleeping hours.
These practices relate to Ancestral Tenets #1 Sleep and #4 Shield.

Day 2!
Good morning!
It is Day 2 of our week together creating a foundation of ancestral habits.
Today we are repeating everything we did yesterday --- because these ancestral practices are fundamental and you need to do them every day.
And when we build them into our life, amazing things happen.
We are also going to use the momentum created yesterday to take massive action and stack additional ancestral habits into our routine today.
Now is not the time to slacken, primal.
Now is the time to trust me --- trust what's been done for millions of years --- and trust what took the human species to the top of the food-chain.

We are going to do hot/cold shower contrasts today.
Do 30 seconds of cold/30 seconds of hot.
Repeat this 3 times for a total of 90 seconds of cold exposure.
