I have not been vaccinated. I recently had dinner with 2 people who were recently (3 weeks earlier) vaccinated with the second dose. The next day I felt slightly sick. One more day, I still feel slightly sick, my chest felt tight and I had a mild running nose. That day I came to the tentative conclusion that I caught something from the 2 people.

I have not been sick for the last 2 years. When I get sick, I usually know the cause. This time, the slight sickness that lasted for days seems to be correlated with the visitors.

A week later, I had dinner with a lady who was not vaccinated. So I was not worried at all. The next day, my chest felt tight again! Later I found out that she lives with a roommate that got vaccination recently (3 weeks ago with the first shot). Is this third hand spike protein transmission?

After thinking about this, I no longer believe that spike protein shedding is some imagined thing, but something quite real.
