Throughout the years of doing RMN, I and others have posted articles about mind control and in particular about certain locations where mind control has been carried out. One is Waco at an Institute called the Life Management Institue (LMI). LMI is used to teach CIA and other government operatives to use a super form of NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming. The people who attend LMI are usually field operatives who use their skill to rapidly convince people to do what they want them to do.

Last night I listened to http://www.coasttocoastam.com. George was interviewing one of my favorite people, Nick Begich -- author of Angels Don't Play this HAARP. Nick was talking about the ability that HAARP has to influence people's thoughts. He listed many different ways that modern technology can influence people.

Ft Hood and Colonel Michael Aquino... self described satanist.
Colonel Michael Aquino, colleague of Anton Lavey, the founder of the satanic Church of Set, ran a preschool on the Presidio Army Base in San Francisco.
He and his preschool were investigated by the city of San Francisco and the Army for pedophilia. Aquino has also been linked to many of the mind control operations that went on
in Ft. Hood, Texas.
Ft. Hood is near Killean, Texas, where Luby's restaurant saw the mass murder of 20 or more customers by a man who had been stationed at Ft. Hood. Both these towns are close to Waco where the CIA ran the Life Management Institute, LMI. LMI was a place where CIA operatives were trained in mind control techniques. The late Paul Wilcher, in his 100 page letter to Janet Reno, claimed that the Waco holocaust was the result of a mind
control operation that had gone out of control. Wilcher believed that the Davidians were murdered to cover the tracks of this operation.
