He's mad at the shoddiness of a medical profession in which more folks die yearly from _avoidable_ medical errors than from cancer, heart attack, and more, combined.
He's mad over the fact it's known and statistically shown that the Swine Flu vaccine is of virtually no protective effect yet can cause serious damage to some folks given it.
He's mad at the 80,000%, 120,000%, 500,000% markup on the cost of certain presecription drugs (e.g., Prozac).
