BATTLE FOR WORLD | September 24, 2020: According to a report the Pentagon has been accused of misusing the pandemic budget allocated for masks and swabs into military needs through private defense contractors.

The US Congress this year (2020) gave the Defense Department $1 billon dollars to battle the coronavirus. The money was instead diverted into ship building, maintenance, army uniforms, drones, satellites and space surveillance. The cash was supposed to address funding gaps in the United States coronavirus response, as the US suffered the world's worse pandemic outbreak.

With serious anti-coronavirus shortages in the US, The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) warned that an additional $6 billion more will be needed to distribute vaccines early next year (2021). ...
