The link below shows you what you need, to get started. You do need to cool it though. If you don’t want any fans going, you can get the box for the PI (about $10.00), which is also a heat sink. With an SSD, you have QUIET, SILENT computing. IT IS FANTASTIC! You do need a PI with 4 Gigabyte memory.

If the PI 4 uses 3 Amps at 5 Volts, that is 15W of power. MUCH less than your laptop, which uses at least 60Watts, while your desktop is using 200 + Watts of power.

I still use the PI 3. It boots up in 30 seconds, shuts down in ten seconds. It will not get slower and slower like the CRAP wiiindows shit. It has only 1 Gigabyte of memory, so it can’t handle multiple tabs well. The PI 4 with 4 Gigabyte of memory is much more powerful.

A Linux note for you.
Like everything else, when something good surfaces, the corporate, vulture entities (the gates types) are right there to capture it. If you don’t like them corporate bastard entities, use “Debian” Linux.

The popular “Ubuntu” (sounds like some African voodoo distro) is pretty well controlled by corporate entities. MOST LIKELY, gates has his DIRTY FILTHY claws in “Ubuntu”, as it is HIGHLY popularized and included with his wiiindows cloud shit! This means that eventually you WILL have to pay for “software” to that greedy MFR.

Only “Debian” and perhaps one or two more Linux distros are TRULY FREE from the greedy, dirty claws of the corporate entities.
The PI “software” is based on “Debian”, called “Raspbian”.

If you switch over from your crap wiiindows DISASTER MONSTROSITY, to PI, you WON’T REGRET IT!

New PI boards will be coming out and if you want more power, all you have to do is replace the PI board. You don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars to get a new computer.

The support for the PI is superb. Of course, you don’t have to settle for the PI, as there are other Single Board Computers available. The only drawback to them is the support, so you have to be more knowledgeable. They are just as good as the PI or even better but they are not for total beginners.

Switching over to PI will be the BEST decision you’ll make this year or perhaps in this decade! IT IS THAT GOOD!
