I don't see that Sierra Club, nor the Southern Borders Community Coalition have a 'Legally Protected Interest', the basis of 'Standing' in Federal Court.
The Sierra Club does not legally own, or act as Trustee for any Southern Border Property.
The various groups agitating as 'Southern Borders Communities Coalition, are not Owners, but grassroots or social empowerment organizations.
In reading the Sierra Club Borderlands Project, one wonders why they did not file suit to dismantle all border barriers across the United States.
