The secret is to not get caught up emotionally with all of this. Just observe. I know this is difficult for most to do so maybe you might try taking a vacation from all of it for awhile.

Forget the media and enjoy the summer as much as you can. Find things to do that you enjoy or just plain chill out and forget about it for awhile. If you find that you are unable to do this, ask yourself why not?

From what you stated you feel that things are going into the tank anyway. If you really believe that then why wouldn't you want to enjoy whatever time we all have left before that happens?

Just some suggestions: Could it be that you are too caught up in passing judgement on various Deep State people in the news and you want to see them "pay for their sins"? [1] If you feel you have lost hope for any justice in this world, have you also lost hope for any when they cross over?

Do you believe in a God or Divine Being of some sort? If your answer is yes I have to wonder if you really mean that because God by Its very nature would have to have everything under control. You may say to that, I don't see any evidence of that. I believe it was stated that while in this world we see as if through a glass darkly.

So, while many may be discouraged and frustrated because to them it seems as if nothing is happening because of our limited human capacity, and let's face it, we certainly don't know a lot of what is going on behind the scenes. Don't allow your human egos to get you caught up emotionally in this. You want to control it but you can't-very frustrating!

Sit back and enjoy the show while trusting that in the end it will all work out for the good of all. Or, if you find it too hard to do that forget about it and take up golf or painting or anything that takes your mind of of it and enjoy your life. Despite everything it is still a great gift!
