The corporate, status quo justice system entities LOVE to trap people, into their world of fiction and their success rate is almost one-hundred percent.

Because they use trickery, deceit and FAIL to tell you OPENLY their intentions. Any hidden agenda in contracts vitiate them.

EVERYTHING, the corporate, status quo justice system entities bring against the people are based on ASSUMPTION/PRESUMPTION. ASSUMPTIONS and PRESUMPTIONS are their STANDINGS, STANDINGS, STANDINGS. WITHOUT “STANDING” THERE IS NO CASE!!!!

Some time ago, I talked to a JP and asked. When I commit this certain act (driving without insurance) WHAT procedure will you follow against me. The JP said: first, we will ASSUME you are “Guilty”....
As you can see, their FIRST STEP in their judicial process is to ASSUME. After they ESTABLISHED THEIR ASSUMPTION, they move to PRESUMPTIONS. After they establish PRESUMPTIONS, their PRESUMPTIONS turns into the PRESUMED to be YOUR CONSENT and from then on anything they claim are FACTS. Not REAL FACTS but LEGAL facts as legal fiction.

THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU OPENLY THEY ARE ASSUMING AND PRESUMING TO ESTABLISH YOUR UNWILLING CONSENT!
What do people do at this point?
The people start to ARGUE with THEIR FACTS (which are artificial) but they have the people's CONSENT already against them. NOBODY CAN ARGUE WITH FACTS! Consequently, people always loose to them entities.

What should the people do, when the corporate, status quo justice system entities are attacking them with their paper tigers?
THE ASSUMPTION/PRESUMPTION ISSUE MUST BE BROUGHT INTO THE OPEN IMMEDIATELY, AT THE VERY BEGINNING. The accused don't have to tell shit to the attacking party. The “burden of proof” is on the attacking party.

On one hand, the corporate, status quo entities have their own ASSUMPTION about a certain issue. That is their ATTACK on the people.

On the other hand, people MUST bring this to their attention AND tell them that you also ASSUME they don't ASSUME you gave ANY kind of AUTHORITY to them about yourself in any way, shape or form and you PRESUME they will act accordingly, thereby YOU gain their CONSENT.
You also ASSUME, if they ASSUME anything about you, they will tell it to you OPENLY IMMEDIATELY after they ASSUMED it and you PRESUME they have full knowledge of this, thereby YOU gain their CONSENT.
You also ASSUME, they use words with the general definitions of the words and when you want CLARIFICATION from them about words and terms they use, you PRESUME they will tell you OPENLY, without any kind of malice, cloaked meanings and/or esoteric, hidden definitions.
You also ASSUME, they ATTACK you “in good faith”, not seeking monetary gains from YOU and you PRESUME they ATTACK YOU for the betterment of mankind.

PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT PART FOR YOU READER, IS TO KEEP IN YOUR MIND NEWTON'S LAW OF ACTION/REACTION. ACTION/REACTION IS SYMMETRY, WHICH IS NATURAL. HOWEVER THE CORPORATE, STATUS QUO, JUSTICE SYSTEM ENTITIES THRIVE, THRIVE, THRIVE ON ASYMMETRY! WHATEVER ANYBODY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU (ACTION), YOU CAN CLAIM THE SAME AGAINST THEM (REACTION). THE CORPORATE, STATUS QUO JUSTICE SYSTEM ENTITIES DEAL WITH ONLY ONE SIDE OF THE EQUATION. WITHOUT USING ASYMMETRY, THEY WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.

YOU MUST DEAL IMMEDIATELY WITH THEIR ASSUMPTION, WHICH IS THEIR “STANDING”! IF YOU LET THEM ESTABLISH THEIR “STANDING”, WHICH IS REALLY YOUR “CONSENT”, YOU ARE DOG MEAT.

THE WAY THEY ESTABLISH THEIR ASSUMPTION AT THE BEGINNING IS THEY RUSH YOU. THEY PRESENT YOU WITH QUESTIONS THAT HAVE “YES/NO” ANSWERS AND THEY WANT YOU TO “FLY” OVER THEM.

If you dare to stick your head out against the corporate, status quo (Bolshevik trained) entities, be prepared to suffer ABUSE from them. THEY WILL “BAPTIZE” YOU with “fire”!

There is only ONE problem for the people about CONSENT and JURISDICTIONS!
The corporate, status quo entities forty five days after your birth ASSUMED, then PRESUMED that YOU ARE LEGALLY DEAD and they took ownership of your body (vessel) by their BIRTH CERTIFICATE they issued to your parents. They “salvaged” your body, because your parents failed to claim it and you also failed to claim it. “WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE PEOPLE PERISH”!

HOW do you vitiate such ASSUMPTION and the PRESUMPTION?
“The moving vessel is liable”! PERIOD!
Did anybody “move against you”, forty five days after your birth?
Obviously YES!
WHO?
The corporate, status quo justice system entities “moved against you” to capture you for themselves to be their slave in your entire life, from cradle to grave.
“Moving against” another entity in any shape and/or form is probably THE greatest “sin”, an entity can commit. Plainly it is a “Cosmic crime” with DREADFUL consequences to the offender.

There is no such thing in the corporate, status quo justice system as “Cosmic crime”, as they deny it exists. Yet, nobody can deny the “what goes around comes around” slogan and nobody can disprove the sowing/reaping procedures when applied to individual lives. They are all “pictures” of “Cosmic Justice” at work.

The bottom line is, whatever the thugs do to you, you remain “on point” and follow that. “Cosmic justice” is rarely instant but long, most of the time. It is showing “mercy” and “grace” to the thugs.

Think of your own lives. When you were young, how many times did you deserve a “spanking” for something you did but it never came. Most likely, because later on in your life, you realized what an ass you were and “repented” or asked the individual whom you hurt to forgive you. This is “mercy” and “grace”. So, if YOU were shown “mercy” and “grace”, you better show the same to others who did you wrong.

Wanting “blood” after somebody wronged you in not the most prudent action to take. It is scary how many people want the “blood” of bummer and the witch and the rest of them. “He who is without sin throw the first stone”!

By cursing those entities “with their own de-vices, deeds and acts”, who “moved against you” is showing mercy and grace to them. Curse cures. Peradventure, they will be given discernment, come to themselves, see and realize what they did or doing was/is wrong, in which case they can correct their ways. If they are not cursed “with their own de-vices, deeds and acts”, they would never realize what they were/are doing was/is wrong and crime against humanity.

Are humans meant to lie and cheat each other, use, abuse, threat, intimidate, scare, torture, harm and even kill each other???
